Sue Kibby

Sue Kibby is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. After graduating in Applied Social Sciences she worked in the Water Industry as a Training Officer and then moved on to industrial relations in Local Government in the North East and then West London where she worked on many strategic human resource management projects while studying part-time for an MA in Business and Public Sector Strategy. While researching the role of the project manager in public sector change she moved to the Further Education and University Sector where she held a range of senior HR positions. She is also a textile artist.
